Don’t Wait – The Clock is Ticking
“A ship is safe in harbor, but that’s not what ships are for.”
William G.T. Shedd
“First, I Need a Plan”
Is it your instinct to create change, to publish, to share and to inspire? If so, “I’m waiting until I’m ready” shouldn’t be in your vocabulary. Don’t wait.
All too often, we click ‘save as draft’ when writing and in real life. We won’t begin until we have enough information. We won’t enter a tournament until we feel ready. We won’t share our work until we’re happy with it – all to protect our brittle egos. We will become the critic, watching from the sideline, afraid to step into the arena.
If you find yourself contemplating, waiting and thinking about what to do, chances are, you’re going to be waiting a very long time.
The average plan followed, is much better than the perfect plan not followed.
